Residency in Otranto, Italy

The Otranto residency gives artists and writers time to pursue independent work in a community of peers sharing a unique setting. It is a haven for creative rejuvination and intensive focus. During the month of June, 10, 15 and 20 day residencies are offered for up to 12 artists at a time. Fellows live in charming apartments in the walled city by the sea. They use visual arts studios in the legendary Castle of Otranto. Meetings and round-tables are scheduled with the Visiting Critic, the program directors and distinguished guests.
